Thank you for taking the time to meet the MCS staff. We appreciate the opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves, and with over 130 years of combined experience, we look forward to putting our experience to work for you!

Dean Anderson, CEO

Dean is responsible for oversight of all MCS operations in the U.S. He has over 30 years of industry related experience and personally produces several of MCS’s largest shows.

Suzanne Anderson, President & CFO

Suzanne has worked at MCS for over 30 years and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, IL. She is the current PTO President of Barbara B. Rose School in South Barrington, IL, and a member of the Barrington Junior Women’s Club and the Alexian Brothers Hospital Women’s Club.

Oscar Bedolla, Warehouse Manager

Oscar has been managing Tradeshow & Conference setups since 2000. He has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about all the little details that help to make your Tradeshow or Conference a success.

Bob Blaho, National Director of Audio Visual

Bob graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1991, and has been leading our team of AV professionals since 1995. He takes a great deal of pride in not only meeting but exceeding our customer’s expectations. His experience, dedication, and attention to detail consistently contribute to the success of our client’s events.

Robert Hawkins, Director of Audio Visual

Robert has been working with Audio since 2010, and has been working with MCS since 2014. Robert holds degrees in Audio and Business, and has a great passion for giving his clients the best experience possible! In his free time, he works on photography, video editing and audio editing. Needless to say, Audio Visual is Robert’s true passion in life.

Sara Hendrickson, Creative Director

With a successful background in design, Sara has been the Creative Director at MCS since 2016. After graduating from the Illinois Institute of Art and winning several awards for her work, she understands what it takes to make great design: ingenuity,patience, and hard work. A relentless overachiever, Sara also enjoys creating baked goods that keeps her coworkers happy.

Paul Rusiniak, Regional Director of Audio Visual

Paul is a graduate of SIU with a Bachelors in Mass Communication/Media Arts and a specialization in Audio Production. Paul has been with us since 2011 and has over 16 years of audio visual and convention experience. He takes great satisfaction in giving the best customer service experience possible.
